KTPMS RACE – BASIC + BOOSTER SET

It is an honor to announce, that Stone Kart Company is the first company in the world, which adapted TPMS tires control for kart racing. We have completed the latest KTPMS system comparative test, for measuring and controlling air pressure and temperature for kart racing tires. We are extremlly happy with the seen results. The KTPMS is connected by RF technology, and allows you to get many benefits.

Karting Tire Pressure Measuring Systems (KTPMS) allow you constant Monitoring of a kart Tire Pressure & Temperature. The SED-301 system can receive wireless information from 4 wheels. The system is pre-programmed.

Stone KTPMS enables you: 

•  Non-contact measurement ,
•  Real-time display of tire pressure and temperature,
•  Simultaneous display of pressure and temperature in all tires,
•  Warning sign – when losing tire pressure,
•  Warning sign – when over-pressure in tires accures.

 

The BASIC + BOOSTER SET includes:

• 1x LCD monitor,
• 1x signal booster,
• 1x booster cable,
• 4x sensors,
• 4x elastic holders,
• 1x 12V charger for LCD ,
• 6x self locking nylon zip,
• 1x USB Key with instructions,
• 1x plastic box.

Set does not include the connecting battery cable. Please choose it from the 3 options we added.

 

Technical details:

The sensors are marked with the mounting location. FL = Front left: FR = Front right; RR = Rear Right; RL = Rear Left

The pressure is set to all tires at 0.70 Bar.

The low pressure alarm is set to -15% of the target pressure (0.70 Bar – 15% = 0.59 Bar).

The high pressure alarm is set to + 20% of the target pressure (0.70 Bar + 20% = 0.84 Bar.

The monitor/receiver comes charged so you can start programming immediately.

It is also set up to measure tire pressure in psi and temperature in Fahrenheit (°F).

Various Levels of warnings are issued for pressure changes (under & over), high temperatures and low battery status.

At the same time, this is a highly sophisticated product which requires unique programming.
